Kiwanis Club of Ramona Annual Bowwow Powwow
a Huge Success.
Over 500 dog lovers attended this year’s show. It was a fun filled day with the usual delicious food presented by Pat Bell and Dave
McGhee as well as the Bake Sale hosted by Pat’s wife Jeanne. Our MC Bob Hailey again did a masterful job of keeping things on track.
He was able to keep his cool when things became a little confused at times. Paul Tarr was able to sell more raffle tickets than
in the past. Kudos to Paul for that. A special thanks to Mary Halliday for the beautiful setup and presentation of the raffle tables.
This is how you get a permanent job Mary. Dotty Cronin and her gang kept the crowd moving at the at the entry table which allowed
the show to begin on time. Thanks to Dotty and her crew. Of course the show’s success was the direct efforts of Carol Bazinet, who
came up with this idea in the first place. Without her dedication and direction there would be no show. Thanks Carol, we owe you.
